Do you need to raise your grades? Check some tips that will help you to perform more in your studies

Being a good student does not only depend on how smart you are: the truth is, most students have average intelligence. And being that way, why do some stand out more than others? Well, in most cases, it is because they are more disciplined and organized with their studies.

Take below 8 tips to be a better student and upload your notes in all subjects:

1 - Motivate yourself
Think about the reasons why you want to study : visualize the future and how you would like to be in ten years. The truth is that while a university degree does not ensure a resolute life, it does open the way to better opportunities.

2 - Think you'll have time for everything
The truth is that it is often more fun to stay in a park in the sun, go out with friends, watch television or do any leisure activity before fulfilling responsibilities. But that's why you should always keep in mind that with your study you are playing in a certain way the future, and that in the end there will always be time to do fun things after fulfilling your tasks.

However, if you do not study at the moment you have the opportunity, doing it later will be much more complicated (although it's never too late, of course).

3 - Explore various study techniques
There are several study techniques and it is not true that you can only do it by heart, although memorizing certain questions is essential. Investigate different options until you find the one that best suits your learning.

4 - Do not get distracted
Distractions are the students' worst enemy and they are a mistake when it comes to studying. Issues such as Facebook, WhatsApp, television and all electronic and non-electronic devices that steal your time should be left aside during the time you use to study.

It's no use being 5 hours in front of a book looking at your Smartphone every ten minutes . The best thing is that, even if you take less time, that time really yields.

5 - Pay attention in class
Pay attention in class will pave half of the way to study time, and even more if you accompany him with notes. When you pay attention in class, you can also ask the pertinent questions to solve your doubts about a specific subject or study material.

6 - Rest enough
If you do not sleep well it will be impossible for you to concentrate so much in class as at the time of studying, since your body and your brain will be tired and thus there is no one who can learn anything new. Both good rest and eating well are fundamental to the performance and productivity of any person.

7 - Prioritize the subjects that cost you the most
Start studying or solving homework assignments that have more difficulty. Dedicate to them more time and, if you have several jobs to present, always start with the most difficult.

The first time of study will be the one that concentrates your highest point of attention  and, normally after a few hours, it will go in total descent. So, take advantage of those moments when you are more awake to spend time for what is most difficult for you.

8 - Lean on material on the internet
The first material that you should keep in mind is the one recommended by the teacher; but if you feel that with this more explanations in class you still do not understand a topic,  look for more information on the Internet, in quality and reliable sources. If, for example, you do not understand a mathematical exercise, research tutorials that explain the steps to follow for the resolution.

If what you have is that you study a historical topic, besides, of course, read the assigned material, you can also watch a movie or documentary about that specific topic. There are also educational podcasts or endless resources to support you to learn and deepen on various topics.
